It’s going to be an exciting next-to-the-last Market of the season! We’ll have lots of fresh local fall produce, roasted peppers, lean bison meat, beautiful fall wreaths, and a new vendor!

Red Frazier Bison is back this Saturday with delicious lean bison meat. Don’t miss this opportunity to stock up for chilis and stews and bison burgers. You’re going to need it for the holidays.

You must check out the gorgeous offerings at Harvest Moon Flower Farm! Last week Linda had fun garlic braids, pretty little pumpkin pots, dried okra stalks, fresh ginger knobs, and the most incredible fall and holiday wreaths.

Artisano’s Oils & Spices is also back this week with the pepper roaster, roasting up lots of green chile peppers that would also be great in chilis and stews. See the bonus recipe this week for a cheesy chicken enchilada bake using their tasty roasted peppers.

After two weeks of absence, Full Hand Farm returns this Saturday with lots of lovely fresh produce. We know you’ve missed them, so be sure to stop in and see what surprises they have for us.

We also have a brand new vendor making an appearance at the Market this week. We welcome RoJo Fresh with prepared soups and sauces made using Fields Farm Fresh produce. They will be participating in our Winter Market this year and this is a chance to preview their offerings.

For Week #2 of the month, we have Primal Delights, Circle City Smoke, Native Bread, and Hickory Valley Farms joining us this Saturday.

Byrne’s Grilled Pizza is out this week, but never fear – there are plenty of other hot breakfast offerings still available. Taste, Skillington Farms, and Pots & Pans will all have breakfast ready for you. Grab a hot cup of coffee from Hubbard & Cravens.

Tulip Tree Creamery is out this week (Katy is out of town), Wild’s Apple Farm is out too (truck broke down), Old Major Market also (short staffed), and Xchocol’art has another venue to go to on Saturday.

Dickinson Custom Woodworking, and Lick Ice Cream are out for the season.
