Here we are in mid-September, but there is still plenty of summer produce available at the Market including corn, tomatoes, green beans, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, watermelons and more.
The corn should last through this month and most other summer produce could be around through the first frost. The fall produce is coming in as well with apples, plums, grapes, late berries, fall greens, potatoes, and winter squashes.
We’re pleased to tell you that Lee’s Orchard is going to be joining us this week. They plan to bring Honeycrisp, Cortland, Ginger Gold, early Fuji, and McIntosh apples. Stop by and welcome them back to the Market.
The BRVA (Broad Ripple Village Association) is back this Saturday with tickets for and information about the Broad Ripple Historic Home Tour.
Baby Goat Yoga is back this Saturday by popular demand. Sign up on their event page or show up prior to the 9 am start to get registered.
It’s Week #3 of the month, so we have Circle City Kombucha, Circle City Smoke, Hickory Valley Farms, Hidden Pond Farm, and Trailhead Naturals with us this week. Ash Blaeds and Primal Delights will also be joining us.
Byrne’s Grilled Pizza and La Chinita Poblana are both back this week for your breakfast pleasure. Home Ec, JP Parker Flowers, Pastries Chefs, and Turchetti’s Salumeria are out this week. Farm to Product is out for the season.
