Wow! It’s hard to believe it’s September already. But you’ll believe it when you come to the Market this week and see winter squash, pumpkins, ornamental corn, pears, and apples galore!

We are being joined this Saturday by a new vendor, Anderson Farms. They will be bringing dried lavender & sachets, ornamental corn, mini corn wreaths, mini pumpkins, and some large pink pumpkins from which the proceeds will go to breast cancer research.

Another new vendor is coming from the Broad Ripple Wednesday Market. Circle City Kombucha will have a an array of seven different feel-good “sodas” made here in Indy with filtered water, organic tea, evaporated cane juice and organic juices.

Also starting this week is perennial favorite, Lee’s Orchard with apples and peaches to start their season with the Market.

Back this Saturday after being out during the hot part of the summer, is Xchocol’art with lots of fun truffles, chocolate bars, caramels, and candied orange peel. YUM!

It’s week #1 of the Market month, so we have Batch No. 2, Broad Ripple Chip Co., Cafe Baby, and Indiana Jerky with us this Saturday.

Bloomer’s Greenhouse is out for the remainder of the season.

Come to the Market this weekend for all the delicious fresh local food you need for your Labor Day celebrations!
