The Market was exploding with peppers of all kinds, eggplant varieties continue to proliferate, and plums made their first appearance!

  • Wild’s Apple Farm had pretty plums along with apples, peppers, potatoes, green beans, and berries.
  • Funny Bone Farm had shishito peppers, Weathered Plow and Compean & Sons had mini peppers, Annabelles Garden had cubanelle and long peppers, Earthly Delights had poblano peppers, and several vendors had jalapeno peppers.
  • Bloomer’s Greenhouse, Azalia Farm Market, and Compean & Sons had hot pepper varieties, Full Hand Farm and Fields Farm Fresh had multicolored sweet peppers, and Norman Mullet Farm had green peppers.
  • Fairytale eggplant was at Compean & Sons, and Weathered Plow.
  • Fields Farm Fresh had multiple varities of eggplant including purple globe and Asian varieties while Earthly Delights had Rosa Bianca eggplant.
  • Fingerling potatoes with a mix of red, white, and blue were looking patriotic and tasty at Bloomer’s Greenhouse and Annabelles’ Garden.
  • Freedom Valley Farm had big blue potatoes, red potatoes and scallions.
  • Peaches were at Earthly Delights, Pete’s Peaches, Compean & Sons, and Azalia Farm Market.
  • Weathered Plow had cantaloupe and watermelon as did Azalia Farm Market and Annabelle’s Garden; while Fields Farm Fresh had an abundance of cantaloupe.
  • Blueberries and blackberries were at Wild’s Apple Farm, Annabelle’s Garden and Earthly Delights.
  • Nujac Garden had white peaches and Asian pears along with pear chips and fruit flavored vinegars.
  • Green beans, heirloom & slicing tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, squash, and onions were everywhere.
  • Farm to Product had a new Costa Rican Carrot salad.
  • Café Baby had convenient new babyfood pouches.
