• There may be more than corn in Indiana, but sweet corn was the star of the show at the Market from My Dad’s Sweet Corn, Azalia Farm Market, Fields Farm Fresh, and Annabelle’s Garden.
  • Azalia Farm Market also had eggplant, nectarines, peaches, green beans, green tomatoes, and cabbage.
  • Cherries were also prominent with dark sweet, and tart cherries at Wild’s Apple Farm, Annabelle’s Garden, and Earthly Delights.
  • Earthly Delights also had black raspberries, red raspberries, and blueberries along with peaches, fava beans, patty pan squash, and carrots.
  • Blueberries were also at Greenberry Farm, Weathered Plow, Wild’s Apple Farm and Annabelle’s Garden. Wild’s and Annabelle’s also had red raspberries.
  • Tomatoes — slicers & heirlooms, cherry tomatoes, low-acid yellows, and green tomatoes were available at almost every farm vendor as were cucumbers, and zucchini.
  • Green beans are looking good at Compean & Sons, Annabelle’s Garden, Earthly Delights, Azalia Farm Market, and Weathered Plow.
  • Norman Mullet Farm had broccoli; as did Fields Farm Fresh and Weathered Plow who also had cauliflower.
  • Beautiful lettuces were available at Full Hand Farm, Norman Mullet Farm and Fields Farm Fresh.
  • Full Hand Farm had rainbow carrots, fennel, garlic scapes, and kohlrabi.
  • There were lots of flowers too, with sunflowers, hydrangeas and baby daisies at JP Parker Flowers; snapdragons, lilies, sunflowers, Shasta daisies and black-eyed Susans at Bloomer’s Greenhouse; pretty cut flowers at Weathered Plowflowering perennials at Compean & Sons; flower bed plants at Fields Farm Fresh; big beautiful bouquets at Harvest Moon Flower Farm; and bouquets plus a sale on heirloom vegetable plants at The Daily Blossom.
  • Pots & Pans had Red, White, & Blueberry Pies and Sour Cherry Pies.
  • Wildflower Ridge Honey sold out of their Spring Blossom honey.
  • Tulip Tree Creamery had Foxglove, Tiger Lily, and Dutchman’s Breeches on sale.
