Nate and Emily Parks’ Silverthorn Farm has been with the BRFM for several seasons and have raised the bar and set it high for the diversity and quality of fresh local produce at our market! But now it’s time to say farewell.
Silverthorn Farm will do their last market this Saturday. They will continue with their CSA and supplying local restaurants, but have decided to step away from doing the farmers markets. So this is your last chance to buy from Nate and thank him and Emily for all their hard work and dedication.
It’s been a big year for Silverthorn with Nate and Emily winning the Ross Faris Award and also being a Slow Food Snail of Approval honoree for their contributions to local sustainable food. We wish them all the best for their family and the farm.
