Indiana’s premier food festival returns August 28th at Military Park. If there is a heart in the Heartland, Indiana is it and Dig IN: A Taste of Indiana brings our state’s rich agricultural heritage into focus with a celebration of the farm to fork experience.
The seventh annual festival will feature tastings of Indiana food, beer, wine and other local refreshments plus live entertainment and chefs demonstrating their cooking on site. Combining the freshness of farmer’s markets and Indiana’s greatest food minds, this year’s event promises a feast for the senses.
More than 40 of Indiana’s finest chefs will prepare a unique dish based on fresh produce and meat and poultry from Indiana farms. Attendees will be able to interact directly with the chefs and some of the producers while dining on tastings.
BRFM vendors represented include Silverthorn Farm, My Dad’s Sweet Corn, Nicey Treat, Natural Born Juicers, Maple Leaf Farm, Circle City Sweets, Circle City Soups, Revival Food Co., Tulip Tree Creamery, and Full Hand Farm.
