Traditional Easter Treat
Start your Easter breakfast or brunch with something traditional and tasty — hot cross buns from Rene’s Bakery! Find them at the Broad Ripple Winter Market on Saturday morning at Bent Rail Brewery along with farm fresh eggs, breakfast sausage, hickory smoked hams, spring lamb, and wild-caught salmon for celebrating the holiday!
New Product from Artisano’s
“Perfectly Hot Horseradish” is the first of three new horseradish varieties available from our friends at Artisano’s Oils & Spices! “Pleasurably Hot” and “Painfully Hot” will be coming soon. They grind fresh, Midwest-grown horseradish on the 3rd Friday of the month. Don’t you think some fresh horseradish would go great with ham and in deviled eggs for your Easter dinner?
Fresh Cut Flowers
Harvest Moon Flower Farm takes excellent care of their flowers to ensure both beauty and a long vase life. They take the time with every plant on their property to make sure their flowers are a cut above all others. They do gorgeous arrangements too! Pick up a beautiful fresh bouquet for your Easter table tomorrow morning at the market!
Harbinger of Spring
Josh Horrigan of Annabelle’s Garden informs us he will have the season’s first ramps this Saturday! If wild garlicky ramps are here, can fresh woodsy morel mushrooms be far behind? Come see what other fresh spring produce is available at Annabelle’s this week! And look for fresh baked breads and pastries, delicious soups, local honey, artisan cheeses and chocolates, and other fabulous foods at the Broad Ripple Winter Market!
