Back in 2012 Jessica started selling jam and pickles along with cookies and other sweets at the Murphy Building in Fountain Square on First Fridays. Her product became so popular that she decided to start an official business making small batch pickles, preserves, and chutneys by hand in a commercial kitchen here in Indianapolis.
Inspired by traditional food preservation techniques, Jessica uses lots of local fruits and vegetables and pairs them up in her own unique flavor combinations that you won’t find elsewhere. Some of her offerings include Balsamic Kale pickles, Raspberry Rose Geranium jam, Five Citrus Whiskey marmalade, and Mulled Cider jelly.
Her creations are mostly low in sugar and all of them are made with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or GMO ingredients. They‘re probably even better than great-grandma used to make!
