Slow Food Indy is presenting a Food Preservation Series of three hands-on classes taught by Suzanne Krowiak, Master Food Preserver and founder of Indy Food Swappers. The first class will take place this coming weekend and the other two are scheduled for August and October. The first class is currently filled, but they are taking names on a waiting list and may add another session if they get enough.
