For a wonderful kickoff to the holiday season, don’t miss the BROAD RIPPLE Lights Up! festival and parade on Saturday, December 8th. The fun begins from 2-5 p.m. with lots of children’s activities including a visit with Santa himself, sponsored by Brothers Bar & Grill; and live entertainment at the firehouse on Westfield and Guilford.
Then at 5:30 the twilight parade meanders from the high school, down Broad Ripple Ave., and through the heart of the Village. Santa arrives at the firehouse at 6 p.m. to light the tree, courtesy of Howald Heating and Air — and BROAD RIPPLE Lights Up! for the holidays!
This great family event is put on by the Broad Ripple Village Association, parent organization of the BRFM, and is sponsored and presented by Samaritan Ambulance. For more information, click here.
Watch for the Broad Ripple Farmers Market entry in the parade!
