More than an event, Dig IN: A Taste of Indiana Food Festival is an opportunity for you to delight in the abundance provided by another growing season in the Hoosier State, Sunday, August 26th, from noon-5 p.m. at White River State Park Celebration Plaza.

The chefs include, from our own Market, Mark Cox and Josh Henson from Fermenti Artisan, Cindy Hawkins and Roger Hawkins from Circle City Sweets/Soups, Chris Eley from Smoking Goose Meatery, and Sam Brown from Second Helpings.

Artisans and producers from the BRFM are, American Persimmon Co., My Dad’s Sweet Corn, Wildflower Ridge Honey, Capriole Goat Cheese (sold at Smoking Goose Meatery) , Traders Point Creamery, Chocolate for the Spirit, and Burton’s Maplewood Farms. And providers of refreshments, who also can be found at the Market are, Nicey Treat and Natural Born Juicers (sold at Raw Gourmet Delights).

Tickets are on sale for $30 now through day before the event; $40 at the gate;
