The Measuring Cup bakes the old-fashioned way, one recipe at a time, baked fresh daily. This allows owners Pam Cox and Chris Wilcox to adjust their recipes to accommodate a wide variety of food allergies, like dairy and eggs, as well as being gluten free.

Their secret to great taste and texture is to use a variety of healthy, whole grain alternative flours in their products.  Some of their most popular items are Hearty Whole Grain Bread, Foccaccia, Banana Bread, Thin Mint-y Cookies, Scones, Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, Boston Cream Pie, Angel Food  Cake, Corn Bread Mix and Buttermilk Biscuits.
