I just made this recipe again with chicken instead of beef and chicken broth instead of beef broth. I also left out the potatoes and since I didn't have any barley, I substituted lentils. It is great! I'm thinking seafood and vegetable or fish broth would be good trades too. Has anyone else tried some variations? I'd love to hear about them! Leave a Reply |
