The Broad Ripple Farmers Market (BRFM) is committed to supporting locally grown and produced foods to bringing the greater Broad Ripple community the very best and freshest of the season. At the BRFM you will find the very best seasonal produce complemented by less seasonal food products like honey, meats, dairy products, flowers, cheese, breads, and pastries. You will also find herb, garden plants, and food products (like maple syrup, fermented foods, salad dressings) as well as a wide selection of ready to eat food to enjoy while you shop. The BRFM is a food-focused Market so you won’t find crafts or art at our market – the Village of Broad Ripple is well known for its art and boutique shopping and we encourage you to seek out those kinds of vendors on the streets of Broad Ripple Village.
The BRFM opens the first weekend in May each year and ends the weekend before Thanksgiving. We are open each Saturday during the season from 8 AM to Noon, rain or shine. (For the 2014 season, starting October 11th we will open one hour later — 9 AM to Noon — to accomodate the changing daylight hours and cooler temperatures.)
The BRFM is sponsored by the Broad Ripple Village Association, a neighborhood association committed to supporting and promoting the arts, entertainment, walk-able/bike-able streets, and a sustainable lifestyle. To learn more about the BRVA, check out www.discoverbroadripplevillage.com.
